When he’s not uplifting communities, Jeffry leads his business team to success. Jeff’s mission is to create a positive, healthy work environment that empowers employees to focus on the task at hand while working at peak efficiency. To accomplish this, Jeff implements companywide wellness programs and maintains a friendly, relaxed, and open office culture. Business culture is close to Jeff Schneider’s heart, but his true passion is improving kid’s lives. Since he understands that kids hold the key to our future’s wellbeing, Jeffry devotes himself to enriching children’s lives around the world.
As a leader, Jeff understands that kids need more personal fulfillment, so he’s active in nonprofit organizations inside and outside of schools that are dedicated to enriching the lives of children on a personal level. Using his leadership experience, Jeffry has positively impacted a l number of children over the last decade. In fact, a vast amount of Jeff’s time in these programs has been focused on helping kids realize they can achieve any aspiration in life. From working with kids who have been through the trauma of natural disasters to spending his time in facilities for mistreated children, Jeffry uses his leadership skills to share with kids the value of hope, education, and hard work. Through his work ethic and dedication to charity, Jeffry Schneider exemplifies what it means to be a philanthropic leader.
Jeff emphasizes that with culturally responsive approaches and a focus on inclusion, leaders can resonate with kids of all upbringings and ages. Today in the US, the average public-school classroom includes individuals from a variety of racial, cultural, linguistic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Some kids start school with a healthy home life and are adequately exposed to vocabulary, a crucial element for them to be able to understand and absorb the kindergarten curriculum, while unfortunately, some children arrive at school and begin their education with next to nothing. Despite this, public-school teachers are expected to achieve the same successful results with all their students. This assumption in the public-school system, that all students start school on a level playing field, leads to children regrettably falling through the cracks.
Jeffry is committed to helping children while improving their health. An avid fitness buff, Jeffry has been increasingly concerned with the plight of today’s kids’ health as many children are considered obese at appallingly early ages. Understanding the future of our world depends on what today’s kids are taught, Jeffry works to help kids of various backgrounds and at different stages in life improve not only their physical health, but their emotional health as well. Through a focus on personal wellness in groups dedicated to helping abused and neglected kids, Jeffry seeks to teach children that by making small, positive changes today their lives can be improved in the future.
Over the years, Jeffry has prioritized what’s truly important to him. Whether he’s having family time, volunteering with pediatric healthcare professionals, fundraising for children’s advocacy groups, or helping nonprofit organizations build revitalizing programs for impoverished communities, Jeffry is devoted to helping kids. A natural giver, he also sponsors individuals who help kids overcome personal obstacles.
Throughout the last decade, Jeffry Schneider has spent time focusing on giving back to others that are less fortunate while utilizing his leadership skills to make a positive impact. More recently, Jeffry decided to use his skills and resources to a sponsor a charitable organization in Texas, his home state. This group works with disadvantaged people in Central America and provides them with clothes, food, and shelter while also providing necessary surgeries and medications. Admirably, Jeffry quickly became invested in this organization, and with his encouragement, support, and direction, the group has continued to make improve the lives of the less fortunate.
In alignment with his devotion to health and uplifting at-risk communities, Mr. Schneider decided to sponsor Elizabeth Stephens, a Dell Children’s Hospital oncology nurse. During her free time, Elizabeth travels to Central America to repair cleft palates for kids. Elizabeth had been using her own money including her savings to fund these trips until Jeffry, touched by her dedication, decided to sponsor her for all expenses that she incurred while traveling. His reimbursement will enable her to continue providing essential care to kids in need for years to come.
As he continues to do all that he can to enrich the lives of others, Jeffry Schneider is focused on making communities stronger than ever. By inspiring kids to look towards their future and teaching them the value of personal wellness, Jeffry demonstrates daily how one individual can inspire an entire community.
