When Tammy Mazzocco started as a secretary at a local commercial real estate company, she had no intention of ever becoming a real estate sales agent. Tammy gets to the office early to clear her desk, so to speak, of paperwork, emails and similar tasks. Then she is either on the phone setting appointments or leaving to show houses. The two to three day time spent with a prospective buyer is golden because that is her chance to really bond with the family and to establish the trust that is needed to close the sale.
